By placing an order with GROOVE or using our website, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to your access and use of our online store, as well as your purchase of our product lineup, which includes offerings such as DM-02™, PDS-08®, BELTS, and more.

Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are subject to verification and must be approved before processing begins.
GROOVE retains the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order if issues arise including inventory shortages, payment verification failures, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraudulent activity.
After acceptance, please allow 2-4 business days for order processing.
Shipping generally takes 7-15 business days following processing.
Shipping fees depend on your specific order and will be shown at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility except in cases where the product was defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact GROOVE directly at wandarivera372610@outlook.com for return instructions.
Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service at wandarivera372610@outlook.com. If more than 24 hours have passed, cancellation may not be possible if your order is already processed or shipped.
